Are you a results-oriented communicator who excels at both closing deals and solving problems? We are looking for a dynamic TeleSales cum Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in the UAE!

Core Requirements (Must-Have)
Languages: Native-level fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory. Professional proficiency in English is also required.
Location: In-person (UAE-based).
Experience: Proven track record in Telesales or Customer Support within the UAE market.
Your Responsibilities
Sales & Support: Manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound sales calls.
Target Achievement: Actively promote products/services to meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
Issue Resolution: Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Relationship Management: Maintain detailed CRM records and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer loyalty.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to provide fast, effective client solutions.
