Job Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Promote company products and services to generate sales.
Maintain and update customer data, CRM records, and sales reports.
Follow up with leads and clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Good communication and telephone skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Strong customer service and data management skills.
Previous sales or calling experience is an advantage.
Target-oriented, organized, and professional.
