**WE’RE HIRING – COLLECTIONS & RECOVERY EXECUTIVE**
📍 Dubai, UAE
🏢 Luxury Car Rental Company
💼 Full-Time
We are looking for a **confident, persistent and results-driven Collections & Recovery Executive** to handle customer payment follow-ups and outstanding recoveries.
This is **NOT an accounting position.** The role requires someone who is comfortable calling customers, following up repeatedly and firmly pushing for payment while remaining professional.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Call and WhatsApp customers to collect outstanding rental payments
• Follow up aggressively but professionally on overdue balances
• Prepare and maintain the **daily payment & recovery list**
• Collect outstanding traffic fines, Salik, damages and other charges
• Follow up on promised payment dates until payment is received
• Contact customers regarding speeding and other serious vehicle violations
• Send payment reminders, warnings and final notices
• Handle difficult or non-responsive customers confidently
• Escalate serious cases to management/legal recovery
• Maintain proper records of calls, messages, promises and payments
• Prepare a daily report of amounts **due, collected and outstanding**
**WHO WE WANT**
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in:
• **Debt Collection / Debt Recovery**
• **Bank or Credit Card Collections**
• **Loan Recovery**
• **Telecom Collections**
• **Car Rental Collections**
• **Automotive / Rental Recovery**
The ideal candidate must be:
✓ Extremely confident on the phone
✓ Persistent and comfortable chasing customers repeatedly
✓ Strong at negotiation and handling excuses
✓ Firm without being unprofessional
✓ Target-driven and motivated by collections
✓ Organized with excellent follow-up skills
✓ Fluent in English
✓ UAE experience preferred
**Previous debt collection or recovery experience will be given priority.**
💰 **Salary:** AED 4,000–6,000 + attractive performance incentives
📅 Immediate joiners preferred.
