Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a confident and driven Outbound Telesales Executive to engage with prospective clients, introduce our financial services, understand their requirements and arrange appointments for our adviser.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in telesales, customer service, inbound calling or a call-centre environment.
* Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards targets.
* Good time-management and follow-up skills.
* Minimum high school education.
* Basic computer skills.
* Own UAE residence visa preferred.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Previous financial-services experience is not required.
