An international trading company is looking for motivated Conversion Agents with experience to join our expanding sales team in Dubai.
You will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into active clients.

Your Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients
Build trust and guide them through the onboarding process
Understand client needs and promote suitable services
Manage and grow your client portfolio
Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
Excellent Japanese or Malay communication skills (spoken & written) – MUST
Motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented
Previous sales experience – advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and passion for success
