We are hiring an experienced Multi-Cuisine Indian Chef for our new restaurant in Al Majaz 3, Sharjah.
Required Experience:
Strong experience in North Indian cuisine
Knowledge of South Indian cuisine including Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam and breakfast items
Experience in Indo-Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian and chilli dishes
Knowledge of Biryani, curries, gravies, tandoor and Indian chaat will be an advantage
Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, storage and kitchen cleanliness
Able to handle a busy kitchen during peak hours
Should be able to control food wastage and follow standard recipes
Salary: AED 2000/-
