We are looking for an experienced and reliable Head Chef / Kitchen Chef to join our restaurant in Sharjah, UAE.

Our menu focuses on:
• Ćevapi
• Burgers
• Grilled Sausages
• French Fries
• Salads
• Balkan-style grilled food

Your main responsibility will be to ensure CONSISTENT taste and quality every single day.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Standardize all recipes, portions and preparation methods
• Ensure the same taste and quality every day
• Train and supervise the kitchen team
• Control food preparation and presentation
• Maintain high hygiene and kitchen standards
• Organize kitchen operations efficiently
• Control food waste and portion sizes
• Take responsibility for the overall quality of the kitchen

Experience with Bosnian, Balkan, Turkish or similar charcoal/grill cuisine is a strong advantage.

We are not simply looking for another cook. We need someone who can take responsibility for the kitchen, lead the team and build a reliable system that works every day.

📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE
💼 Position: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Depending on experience
