**Job Title: Barista**
**Department: Food & Beverage**
**Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 per month, depending on experience**
We are looking for an experienced, Arabic-speaking Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee and beverage preparation skills, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently and to a high standard.
* Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and beverage equipment.
* Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
* Keep the preparation and service areas clean and organised.
* Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
* Monitor beverage supplies and report stock requirements.
* Work closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
**Requirements**
* Previous experience as a barista or in coffee and beverage preparation.
* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to communicate in Arabic.
* Punctuality, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
