Job Responsibilities
This role is a night shift job preparing items for morning delivery.
Prepare Breads, Cookies, Cakes and Catering items as per the company's products to reproduce the requested design as closely as practicable while maintaining standards of appearance and finish.
Plan the baking of breads and pastry items around the daily order schedule, complete orders on time and promptly flag any design or production issue that could affect delivery.
Undertake the baking of cake sponges, brownies, cupcakes and other desserts when required for daily production.
Handle ingredients, finished products, tools and equipment in accordance with food safety and hygiene procedures.
Follow a clean-as-you-go approach and keep workstations, tools, utensils and equipment clean and organized.
Support the team during busy periods and work additional hours when reasonably required, subject to applicable law and company policy.
