JOB VACANCY – SENIOR FOREMAN (CIVIL)
Company: Bayt Al Barea Technical Services LLC
Location: UAE
Bayt Al Barea Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Foreman to join our construction team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
UAE Driving License – Preferred
Strong knowledge of civil construction activities
Proven experience in managing and supervising site manpower
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams
Strong ability to achieve daily and project targets
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site workers and daily activities
Coordinate with the Site Engineer and project team
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor manpower productivity and work progress
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment requirements
Maintain site discipline and safety requirements
Ensure daily targets and project schedules are achieved
