Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to the project and management teams.
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of experience as a Document Controller or Secretary.
Mandatory experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Engineering Consultancy industry.
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and filing systems.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, and records.
Control document distribution and ensure proper filing.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Maintain confidentiality of company and project information.
Provide administrative and secretarial support as required.
