Swift Rooms LLC is seeking a highly experienced, technically competent, and confident Project Supervisor to manage and oversee our aluminum, uPVC, glazing, and construction installation projects.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent site coordination skills, a commanding presence, and the ability to independently resolve technical and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination: Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
Project Planning: Develop and manage installation schedules, manpower allocation, material requirements, and project timelines.
Site Management: Conduct detailed technical discussions and coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and main contractors.
Troubleshooting: Identify technical challenges, installation difficulties, and site discrepancies, providing practical and immediate solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and manage installation teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, quality, and accountability.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate between the design, estimation, factory production, and installation departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality & Safety: Monitor workmanship, installation standards, site safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, delays, material shortages, and outstanding site issues.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in aluminium doors, windows, glazing, curtain walls, uPVC systems, or construction project supervision is strongly preferred.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.
Strong knowledge of site measurements, installation methods, and construction coordination.
Proven experience in managing installation teams and subcontractors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, make decisions independently, and meet deadlines.
Strong, confident, and authoritative leadership personality with the ability to command respect and maintain discipline on site.
UAE construction industry experience is highly desirable.
Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000.
Final salary determined through experience evaluation, technical interview, and practical assessment.
Company-sponsored employment visa.
Basic medical insurance provided by the company.

Candidates will undergo a technical interview and practical assessment to evaluate their construction knowledge, project planning, troubleshooting abilities, and leadership skills.
