About Us:
We are a premier manufacturing and engineering firm specializing in high-quality structural steel and custom metal fabrication. Due to our expanding project, we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Production Engineer to step onto our factory floor and streamline our manufacturing processes.
The Role:
This is a hands-on position requiring active, daily engagement in the workshop—not just a desk job. You will bridge the gap between design drawings and physical production, ensuring our structural steel assemblies, weldments, and sheet metal parts are fabricated accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate production schedules.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency.
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations (OSHA, codes).
• Supervise and lead fabrication teams (welders, technicians).
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of welding processes, metallurgy, and material science.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
