What You'll Do
Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution.
Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks to workers.
Monitor work progress, quality and workmanship.
Coordinate Civil, Architectural, MEP & Finishing works.
Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and site instructions.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Management team.
Monitor daily targets and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Check materials, tools and equipment required for daily activities.
Identify site issues and report them to the Site Engineer.
Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure site safety requirements are followed.
Assist with inspections, snagging and rectification works.
What We're Looking For
✅ 2-4+ years UAE construction/site experience
✅ Experience in luxury villas / high-end residential projects preferred
✅ Strong hands-on experience in site execution and finishing works
✅ Good manpower and subcontractor management skills
✅ Ability to read and understand drawings
✅ Good knowledge of Civil, Architectural and Finishing works
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple activities and meet daily targets
✅ Immediate joiners ONLY
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment: Full-Time | Site-Based
Work Location: In person
Only candidates with relevant UAE site experience will be considered.
