URGENT HIRING – MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR / MEP FOREMAN
📍 Location: Dubai
💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – Based on experience
🚐 Company Transport Provided
We are urgently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / MEP Foreman to manage our maintenance projects and supervise a team of approximately 10 technicians/helpers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit project sites and supervise daily works
* Manage and allocate work to technicians/helpers
* Coordinate with clients and site representatives
* Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion
* Take responsibility for project execution and quality
* Supervise mechanical maintenance, pumps, piping and valve works
* Coordinate plumbing, HVAC and basic electrical works
* Identify technical problems and arrange solutions
* Prepare material requirements and work reports
* Coordinate manpower, materials and tools with the office
* Ensure proper completion and handover of works
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years relevant UAE/GCC experience
* Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge
* Good experience with pumps, piping and valves
* Building maintenance knowledge
* Previous experience managing a team
* Good communication and client-handling skills
* Able to work independently and take responsibility for projects
* UAE driving licence is an advantage
* Immediate joiners preferred
