Salary: AED 1,200 - AED 1,500 per month

We are currently hiring Female Cleaners who are hardworking, reliable, and passionate about maintaining cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Position: Female Cleaner
As a Female Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing professional cleaning services to residential and commercial clients across Dubai while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices, and common areas according to company standards.
• Carry out deep cleaning services when required.
• Clean windows, carpets, sofas, upholstery, and other specialized surfaces.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Properly use cleaning equipment, machinery, and cleaning chemicals.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
• Follow company schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or facility management sectors.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Basic to good English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and public holidays when required.
