We are hiring **1 full-time live-in maid / housekeeper** for a private family villa located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
**Start date: As soon as possible**
This position is to join an existing household team and replace our current maid responsible mainly for the **ground floor, outdoor areas and general villa upkeep**.
### Main Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the ground floor
- Entrance and guest-facing areas
- Family living and dining areas
- Indoor and outdoor majlis
- Playroom cleaning and organization
- Gym cleaning and upkeep
- Outdoor areas, terraces and entrances
- Service kitchen cleaning and organization
- Washing dishes, glasses and kitchen items after meals
- Keeping staff-side common areas clean
- General household organization
- Car washing and vacuuming several times per week
- Deep cleaning according to a weekly schedule
- Supporting the family and other household staff when required
This is **not primarily a laundry and ironing position**. We already have another maid responsible for the upper floor, laundry and ironing.

- Experienced working in a **private villa or family home**
- Very clean and detail-oriented
- Active, energetic and hardworking
- Organized and able to follow a household routine
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- **Proactive and able to notice what needs to be done**
- Comfortable with both **indoor and outdoor work**
- Respectful, trustworthy and professional
- Able to work well as part of a household team
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
### Salary & Benefits
This is a **full-time live-in position with a complete employment package**.
We provide:
- **Live-in staff accommodation**
- **All meals and drinks provided**
- **Employment visa provided** after successful probation
- **Medical / health insurance provided**
- **1 full day off every week**
- **2 leave days earned for every completed month of employment**
- Option to have accumulated leave days **paid out**
- **15 days paid sick leave per year**
- **15 additional days half-paid sick leave per year**
- After **2 years of employment, return flight home and paid leave provided**
- No daily commuting or transport costs because accommodation is at the family residence
- Other employment benefits according to applicable UAE requirements
- Stable, long-term employment for the right person
