We are a premium gents' grooming lounge looking for a skilled, passionate, and professional Barber to join our growing team. If you are master of your craft, have sharp attention to detail, and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional client experience, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality hair, beard, and grooming services while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and high-energy shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional haircuts, styling, fades, trims, and classic straight-razor shaves.
Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend grooming services or products.
Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with local health and safety regulations.
Stay up-to-date with modern men's hair trends, techniques, and grooming products.
Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure high client retention and a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Proven experience as a Barber or Men's Hairstylist (portfolio or photos of your work is a huge plus).
Technical Skills: Mastery of clippers, scissors, fades, beard shaping, and hot towel/straight-razor shaves.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly with a diverse clientele.
Professionalism: Punctual, clean appearance, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and peak hours.
