💇♀️ WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALON OPERATIONS MANAGER
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and target-driven professional to join our salon in a key management role.
This is not a conventional salon manager position. We are looking for someone who can actively develop the business, generate revenue, manage the complete salon operations and lead the team.
✨ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve agreed monthly business/revenue targets
• Develop new clientele and increase repeat customers
• Drive business through promotions, packages, partnerships and client-retention strategies
• Understand and actively work within the Dubai beauty & salon market
• Manage and motivate the complete salon team
• Oversee day-to-day salon operations
• Manage staff schedules, performance, productivity and discipline
• Maintain excellent service and customer-experience standards
• Identify new opportunities for business growth and increased profitability
• Work closely with the owner/management on business strategy and development
• Be hands-on with clients when required
💇♀️ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
UAE / DUBAI SALON EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
We are specifically looking for someone who:
✔ Has proven experience working in the Dubai/UAE salon industry
✔ Understands the Dubai market, clientele and competitive salon environment
✔ Has a demonstrated ability to generate business and achieve revenue targets
✔ Has strong team-management and leadership skills
✔ Is commercially minded, proactive and result-oriented
✔ Is an experienced Hairstylist or Nail Artist and is comfortable working hands-on with clients
✔ Can independently handle both business development and salon operations
✔ Is looking for a long-term opportunity and growth into senior management
Preferred candidates: 🇵🇭 Filipino / 🇳🇵 Nepali
💰 COMPENSATION
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commission, based on experience and proven ability to deliver results.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply manage a salon — but knows how to BUILD the business.
