Position: Driver – Spare Parts Collection & Delivery
Location: UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience and driving skills
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: Sunday
Insurance: Provided by the company
Visa Requirement: Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa
Other benefits: As per company policy
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of automotive spare parts.
Main Duties:
Collect automotive spare parts from suppliers and vendors.
Deliver spare parts to garages, workshops, customers and company locations.
Check the parts and quantities against invoices, delivery notes or purchase orders before collection.
Ensure all collected parts are delivered safely and without damage.
Obtain signatures/stamps or delivery confirmation from customers and garages.
Coordinate with the sales, purchasing and warehouse teams regarding collections and deliveries.
Plan daily delivery and pickup routes efficiently.
Maintain proper records of all collections and deliveries.
Handle company vehicle responsibly and maintain cleanliness.
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, delays or delivery problems immediately.
Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving procedures.
Assist the warehouse team with loading and unloading parts when required.
Maintain professional and polite communication with suppliers, garages and customers.
Ensure urgent parts are collected and delivered within the required time.
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license.
Own valid UAE visa is required.
Previous experience as a driver in automotive spare parts / garage / trading company is preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
Ability to use Google Maps and navigation applications.
Good communication skills.
Able to handle multiple pickup and delivery requirements during the day.
Responsible, punctual and reliable.
Physically fit to handle automotive spare parts.
Knowledge of automotive spare parts is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for a responsible and experienced driver who understands the urgency of spare-parts deliveries and can coordinate efficiently with suppliers, garages and customers.
Priority will be given to candidates with previous UAE experience in automotive spare parts collection and delivery.
Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
