JOB PURPOSE
SERVICE ADVISOR – GMAKH AUTO CETRE LLC
Handle customer vehicles from reception to delivery ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with workshop, technicians, spare parts suppliers, and customers for smooth
operations.
Achieve monthly sales and workshop revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare job cards, estimate, and obtain customer approvals.
Coordinate with technicians and follow up on vehicle repair progress.
Arrange spare parts by coordinating with dealers and suppliers.
Update customers regarding repair status, delays, and additional repairs.
Increase workshop sales through customer follow-ups and service reminders.
Visit customer locations for business development and fleet service opportunities.
Promote workshop services including mechanical, AC, detailing, tyres, batteries, and body &
paint.
Handle pressure jobs and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Support body & paint estimation and insurance coordination.
Ensure proper invoice, job closure, and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years’ experience in a multi-brand automotive workshop.
Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and spare parts.
Good customer handling, sales, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
Prior UAE Multi Brand automotive workshop experience preferred.
Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.
