Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Training: Approximately 6 Months
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Sales Trainee to join our team in the Heavy Equipment Spare Parts business.
The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training for approximately 6 months to learn our products, spare parts identification, customer dealing, sales techniques, quotations, follow-ups, and market knowledge.
After successful completion of the training period, the candidate will be expected to handle sales and customer development responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities:
Learn about heavy equipment spare parts and product applications.
Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Develop new customer relationships and sales opportunities.
Learn product identification, part numbers, brands, and market pricing.
Maintain proper customer and sales records.
Visit customers when required.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets after training.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good English communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Presentable, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Candidates interested in building a long-term career in sales are preferred.
UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
