We're a mobile premium car wash company launching in October 2026. We wash cars at the customer's home, on their driveway. We're hiring a Lead Operator to join us from day one.
The Role
Wash cars to a standard others copy. As your round grows, we add premium services - machine polishing, engine bay cleaning, ceramic protection.
Pay
Guaranteed salary: AED 2,500/month
Quality bonus: up to AED 500/month for a 4.5+ customer rating
Tips 100% yours. Never pooled, never reduced
Typical all-in month: AED 3,600–3,900
We Provide
Staff accommodation, transportation to your job location, work permit, residence visa, medical insurance, Emirates ID, uniform, safety gear, equipment, and training. You drive the company van between accommodation and the community, fuel paid.
Hours & Leave
Six days a week, one paid rest day. 30 calendar days' paid annual leave after year one. Six months' probation. 30 days' notice either side.
Requirements
1+ year car washing or detailing experience
Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle), required as you drive the van daily. Licenses from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain exchange quickly and count so tell us if this is you
Already in the UAE on a visa you can transfer or cancel
No labour ban, no absconding report
English, to deal directly with customers
