We are looking for a responsible Storekeeper cum Inventory Controller to manage automotive spare parts, consumables, and other workshop materials while ensuring accurate inventory records and proper stock control.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and store spare parts and materials properly.
Verify quantities and part numbers against Purchase Orders and delivery notes.
Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/system.
Issue parts and materials against approved requests.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
Manage stock transfers, returns, and damaged items.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Coordinate with Procurement, workshops, and other branches.
Prepare basic inventory and stock reports.
Requirements
Experience in storekeeping or inventory control, preferably in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of automotive spare parts is preferred.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
