We are seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Finance & Administration Executive to manage financial obligations, credit card payments, cash handling, sales invoice processing, and property portfolio administration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to ensure all financial commitments are managed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Card & Payment Management
* Monitor and maintain records for 50+ credit cards.
* Track statement dates, payment due dates, and outstanding balances.
* Ensure timely payments to avoid penalties, late fees, and interest charges.
* Prepare monthly payment schedules and reports.
Accounts & Invoice Management
* Generate, organize, and maintain sales invoices.
* Record incoming and outgoing payments.
* Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Cash Handling & Financial Administration
* Manage petty cash and cash transactions.
* Maintain daily cash flow records.
* Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
* Coordinate with banks and financial institutions when required.
Property Portfolio Management
* Maintain records of owned properties, tenancy contracts, and related documents.
* Track rental income, renewals, service charges, and maintenance schedules.
* Prepare reports on property-related income and expenses.
* Coordinate with tenants, property managers, and service providers.
Administrative Duties
* Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
* Prepare financial summaries and management reports.
* Ensure confidentiality of all financial and business information.
* Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or bookkeeping.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of UAE banking procedures.
* Experience managing multiple credit card accounts.
* Understanding of property management and lease administration.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
