## Job Description – Accounts Assistant
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with 2 years of UAE experience who is self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of handling daily accounting tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assigned responsibilities on time.
### Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
* Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities
* Perform bank reconciliation and data entry tasks
* Maintain proper filing of financial documents
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
* Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments
* Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
### Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in accounting
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivated, hardworking, and responsible personality
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
