Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE
Schedule: 5 days per week Mon-Fri
Salary: Approx. AED 6,000 depending on experience, skills, and value brought to the role
We are a Dubai-based media production company creating photo and video content for brands and individuals for both internal reporting and public marketing campaigns. Our work covers events, corporate productions, fashion, beauty, luxury, and commercial content across the UAE.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant cum Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling accounting, HR, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
• VAT filing and UAE Corporate Tax compliance
• Client invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Monitoring accounts receivable and chasing outstanding payments
• Payroll processing
• Staff reimbursements and expense tracking
• Maintaining financial records and supporting company reporting requirements
• Coordinating closely with the Project Manager regarding team overtime/offset tracking, reimbursements, and freelancer hiring/payments
Client & Administrative Support
• Assisting with client onboarding requirements and updating relationship/compliance documents
• Coordinating contracts and documentation
• Managing company records and filing systems
HR & Administration
• Monitoring staff attendance, sick leave, and vacation leave
• Processing visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related government documentation
• Trade license renewals and company compliance coordination
• Booking appointments, renewals, and administrative scheduling
• General office administration and support
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in accounting/admin roles
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, filing and submissions
• Experience handling payroll and invoicing
• Familiarity with UAE visa and labor processes
• Proficient in Xero, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
