We are looking for a responsible Accounts Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, collection follow-up skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue invoices
• Manage collections and maintain healthy customer receivable records
• Assist in setting up and implementing customer credit policies and payment terms
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment behaviors
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and financial record maintenance
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA), reconciliation reports, and collection reports
• Record invoices, receipts, bank entries, petty cash, and journal entries
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding customer payments and account status
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems
• Assist management with receivable analysis and financial reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounting procedures
• Experience in collection follow-ups and customer account management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous UAE accounting experience will be preferred
