• Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with IAS/IFRS and UAE standards for group companies
• Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations of group companies.
• Pass regular journal entries for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of management and customized financial reports.
• Assist clients with accounting-related queries and UAE financial regulations.
• Support external auditors with year-end closing and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper VAT treatment of transactions, including input/output VAT classification.
• Maintain VAT documentation and ensure timely VAT compliance.
• Assist in preparing and submitting VAT Returns through the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal.
• Assist with input VAT recovery, zero-rated and exempt supplies, and reverse charge mechanisms.
• Assist in preparing and filing UAE Corporate Tax Returns in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax Law.
• Maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and support compliance with the arm's-length principle.
• Keep clients informed about VAT and Corporate Tax deadlines, updates, and exemptions.
• Assist with matters relating to Free Zone taxation, Qualifying Income, and Small Business Relief under UAE Corporate Tax Law.
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions to the FTA, Ministry of Economy, and other relevant authorities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of UAE experience in an Accounting, Audit, Tax, or Advisory Firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with the FTA portal and UAE tax compliance
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software QB/Odoo/Zoho/Tally
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Russian / Chinese / Tagalog speaker – Preferred.
SKILLS

Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
Immediate joiners preferred.
