My name is Olesia Balakina. I would like to be considered for a vacancy in customer service. My experience combines over ten years as a banking services manager with subsequent internships in the hotel, restaurant, and food service industries in Poland, Italy, Ireland, Germany, and Cyprus.
In banking (PrivatBank, DiamantBank, and Ukrainian RWS Bank), I was responsible for cash operations, settlements with individuals and legal entities, internal controls, financial reporting, and staff training. This instilled in me high standards of accuracy, responsibility, and procedural adherence, as well as a strong customer focus.
In Europe, I worked in a bakery, hotel, and restaurants, where I ensured daily courteous service, adhered to hygiene and safety standards, fostered teamwork, and assisted in training new employees.
I am fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and have a B1 level of English. I would be happy to apply my experience and skills to your company.
