I previously worked as a Reservations Agent at Canyon Hotels and Resort in Philippines, where I managed hotel bookings through phone, email, and online platforms. My responsibilities included processing reservations, handling modifications and cancellations, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring accurate reservation records. Through this role, I developed strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
In addition, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Federal Land Corporation, where I handled customer concerns, coordinated with different departments, and maintained accurate documentation. This experience strengthened my ability to work under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and provide professional customer support.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management with specialization in International Tourism and have completed certifications in Front Office Services, Food and Beverage Services, Cookery, and Bread and Pastry Production. I am also knowledgeable in Opera Hotel Reservation System and Microsoft Office applications.
