I am writing to express my interest in a suitable Senior Management / Operations Manager / Operations / Business Development position within your organization. With 15+ years of professional experience across diverse industries including Construction, Construction Materials, Hospitality, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, and Operations Management, I bring a versatile combination of operational leadership, commercial understanding, client relationship management, and team management.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of business operations and project execution, with hands-on exposure to construction activities, contractors and subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, procurement, construction materials, BOQs, drawings, site inspections, project coordination, quality standards, project schedules, cost monitoring, and final handover. My experience includes coordinating construction activities from planning through completion while maintaining focus on quality, timelines, resources, safety, and client requirements.
I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can utilize my diverse experience to lead teams, improve operational efficiency, develop business, strengthen client relationships, manage projects, control costs, and contribute directly to organizational growth and profitability.
