In my previous roles at HUES Hotel in Dubai and TICK Hotel in Kampala, I delivered personalized table service in fine dining, buffet, and poolside settings. My daily responsibilities included welcoming international guests, accurately taking orders using POS/Micros systems, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. I am experienced in buffet setup and replenishment, menu and beverage upselling, and handling guest requests and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction.

I completed my high school education at Onwards and Upwards Secondary School in Kampala, and I have received on-the-job training in health, safety, and HACCP food handling protocols. I speak fluent English and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume resort environments where teamwork and attention to detail matter.
