Dear Hiring Team,
I'm applying for the AI Automation Specialist role. I build automation systems that solve real business problems, not just connect apps, but design end-to-end workflows that actually reduce manual work and improve how teams operate.
What I've delivered in my current role:
- A 31-node WhatsApp lead qualification system using n8n and WhatsApp Business API, with full routing logic and state management
- A customer support automation system with an AI knowledge base serving two brands
- A staff training web app (React + Supabase) that replaced a fully manual onboarding process
- Shopify and operational reporting workflows that cut manual effort by 30–40%
I work across the full implementation cycle, scoping the problem with operations, building the workflow, integrating the APIs, and making sure it runs reliably. The tools I use daily include n8n, REST APIs, JSON, WhatsApp Business API, Claude API, Gemini API, JavaScript, and Supabase.
I'm based in Dubai and open to the right opportunity, full-time or contract.
