I have over 5 years of experience in last-mile and fleet operations in quick commerce, with Zepto, Blinkit and Keemart in Riyadh.
At Keemart, I managed a fleet of 120+ riders for 15-minute dark store operations handling 2000+ orders per day. I hired freelance riders based on order-flow and company demand data, and managed vendor-partner riders alongside the in-house fleet. I planned rider capacity for the Ramadan peak, and I ranked 1st in February Ramadan Operations and received a Certificate of Honor for leadership during peak surges.
Before that, at Blinkit, I supervised 150–250 riders and consistently achieved 95%+ SLA. At Zepto, I coordinated 120–150 riders while meeting the 15-minute delivery TAT.
I am comfortable tracking SLA, TAT and fill rate, and I use Excel dashboards for reporting. I am available to join immediately and would welcome the chance to discuss how I can support your fleet operations.
