Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my sincere interest in opportunities related to workplace inventory and operational support. I bring a strong background in warehouse management, along with hands on experience in implementing electronic supply chain management systems. My technical understanding, combined with my commitment to accuracy and efficiency, enables me to contribute effectively to streamlined operations and well structured inventory processes.
I graduated from East Yangon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Myanmar (2009–2011) and have pursued additional certifications to enhance my expertise. In September 2023, I earned a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, credit-rated by the University of Scotland (UK). I have also completed specialized training in Health Commodities Supply Chain Management (March 2020), Logistic Management Information Systems (March 2018), and Geographic Information Systems (August 2016) through programs organized by the International organizations like The Union, UNOPS, and WHO. Additionally, I hold certifications in mSupply Software (Pharmaceuticals Management Software) from SUSSOL Developer and a Business Management and Administration certificate from Strategy First Institute (2015).
Previously, I worked for nearly a decade with the World Health Organization (WHO) HIV Unit, specializing in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management and Logistics for the National AIDS Program (NAP). I managed distribution networks across sub-depots, transit camps, and ART hospitals, supporting the nationwide transition from a paper-based system to an eLMIS system for HIV drugs and related commodities. I provided the LIMS and eLMIS Training to State and Region based on the UNOPS SOP and participated in yearly Forecasting and Quantification Workshop.
As an Assistant Program Officer at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where I support the transition from a paper-based system to an electronic LMIS for vaccines and Public Health Commodities. This initiative improves service delivery, logistics management, and national supply chain sustainability, ensuring the availability of quality medical supplies.
