I am Vishaka Satish, a Logistics & Supply Chain, procurement, and freight forwarding customer service professional with over 5 years experience.
I’m currently based in Abu Dhabi (MBZ City) on Spouse Visa and available to join immediately.
Having previously worked as Customer Service Executive in the Console Department(Export/Import) at Abreco Freight LLC, I bring experience in the technical and operational side of freight forwarding. I have also gained one year experience as Speciality Chemical Sourcing Consultant for a UK based oil & gas firm.
I am fully proficient in the following areas:
Dubai Trade & Manifestation: Experienced in filing manifests and managing portal operations.
Documentation: Expertise in arranging Delivery Orders (DO) and NOCs for smooth cargo release.
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact between shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely updates.
Console Operations: Managing the end-to-end flow of consolidated shipments for both import and export.
I’m currently on spouse visa and ready to be interviewed at the earliest convenience.
