I developed a proactive visa renewal tracking system in Excel that effectively eliminated overstay violations and the associated fines. Additionally, I reduced payroll processing errors to near-zero through the implementation of a structured reconciliation and cross-verification process, and supported MOHRE inspections with zero non-compliance findings by maintaining meticulous statutory records.
I am proficient in HRMS platforms including Oracle Fusion and EPM, and I am highly skilled in advanced MS Excel for HR analytics, manpower dashboards, and management reporting.
