I have 2 years of experience as an HR Executive in a hospital environment, where I have gained practical experience in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, payroll-related activities, employee documentation, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My academic background, combined with my practical HR experience and internship exposure, has provided me with a strong understanding of organisational behaviour, employee satisfaction, change management, workplace communication, and strategic HR practices.
