In my recent role as Fitout Operations Manager at White Circle Interiors and Fitouts LLC, I oversaw multi-project operations managing a team of 350+ members and successfully delivering 100+ simultaneous projects valued at over AED 75 million+. Key Highlights of My Experience: End-to-End Project Execution: Demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budget control, subcontractor management, and final handovers. Authority & Mall Coordination: Proficient in managing statutory approvals, inspections, and compliance with UAE authorities, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), and DDA, as well as major mall management entities. Technical & Team Leadership: Strong hands-on leadership directing Project Managers, Site Engineers, and site crews while ensuring strict health, safety, and quality standards. I hold a valid UAE Driving License and am currently on an Employment Visa can use until next year.
