**General Manager | Director of Operations | Luxury Limousine Transportation & Mobility**
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am excited to apply for the position of General Manager, Director of Operations, or any senior leadership role within your organization.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the UAE, including 12+ years dedicated to the limousine, transportation, mobility, tourism, and hospitality industries, I have built a successful career leading operations, driving business growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Throughout my career, I have consistently transformed operational performance, optimized fleet utilization, developed high-performing teams, and established long-term strategic partnerships with corporate clients, hotels, travel management companies, airlines, and destination management companies.
I currently serve as the General Manager of ULTIMA PLUS, overseeing the company's overall operations, including strategic planning, P&L management, fleet operations, business development, chauffeur recruitment and training, customer experience, compliance, procurement, and corporate sales. Before this, I served as Director of Operations at Royal Smart Limousine LLC, managing large-scale luxury transportation operations and supporting business expansion through operational excellence. My earlier leadership roles with Velocity Transport (KBBO Group), Empire Limousine, Elite Limousine Service LLC, and FedEx Kinkos have further strengthened my expertise across operations, procurement, customer service, and commercial management.
During my career, I have successfully managed transportation services for prestigious international brands and events, including Louis Vuitton, Armani, Formula 1, Arabian Travel Market (Qatar Airways), Dubai Airshow, Dubai International Motor Show, VIP corporate events, and international investor conferences.
These experiences have refined my ability to manage complex operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
