With over 3.6 years of experience in IT support and system administration, I have developed strong expertise in providing L1 and L2 technical support, managing Active Directory, and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
In my current and previous roles at HCL Technologies and Accenture, I have successfully handled end-user support for over 100+ users, resolved technical issues efficiently, and maintained IT systems to ensure smooth business operations. I am also experienced in Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 certified), network troubleshooting, and ERP-based inventory and documentation processes including GRN and delivery notes aligned with UAE standards.
I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. I am currently open to opportunities in the UAE and available for immediate or short notice joining.
