I have worked on international oil and gas projects as Safety Lead, Safety Coordinator, Safety Specialist, department administrator and head of the occupational health and safety department. I have great experience working in a multinational environment with expats and interacting with all departments of the project. Skill of processes structure, conducting meetings, training sessions, and events, maintaining minutes and reports, statistics, experience in coordinating financial matters, experience in organizing and leading a team, carrying out personal assignments, the ability to plan and make decisions, organizing trips.
Responsibility, calmness, active listening skills, stress resistance, adaptability, systematic approach, diplomacy, ability to build communication, accuracy, diligence, discipline. Competent oral and written communication, working with Excel, Google, 1C, Bitrix25, AmoCRM, Notion. Currently in the process of learning how to work with artificial intelligence programs.
