I am a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience in the UAE and Pakistan, specializing in fit-out projects, villa construction, maintenance works, consultancy supervision, and project management. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and delivered retail, F&B, commercial, healthcare, and residential projects from planning and authority approvals through execution and final handover.
My experience includes managing more than 20 retail and F&B fit-out projects across Abu Dhabi, coordinating with consultants, contractors, mall management, and authorities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications. I also possess strong expertise in project planning, QA/QC, BOQ preparation, procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, shop drawings, and site supervision.
In addition, I have worked on Musanada projects, private villas, hospital revamping projects, and consultancy assignments as Assistant Resident Engineer and Site Inspector. My background in both contractor and consultant environments allows me to effectively manage projects, resolve site challenges, and maintain excellent stakeholder coordination.
