I am a self-motivated and resourceful quantity surveyor working as part of a busy
team effectively managing all the cost relating to building and civil engineering project.
Having a proven track record of minimizing the cost of a project and enhancing value for
money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Possessing excellent
foresight & the ability to plan ahead when working on construction projects. Can
communicate effectively with developers’ contractors & would be an asset to any employer
who respects loyalty & responsibility. with a degree in Civil Engineering with first class
and more than 13 +years of experience in executing, supervising, co-ordination in
Building’s, Commercial buildings, Industrial Buildings, Pipe support’s, Manhole’s, Sump
pit’s, Pavement’s & Asphalt Roadwork’s.
The enclosed CV demonstrates my significant experience and providing my
technical services in the same field. I am determined to become a part of engineering team,
where my skills and expertise can be enhanced further. I consider this as an ideal
