Shadow Teacher with more than 5 years of experience supporting and following up with students of determination in school settings. I have experience monitoring students in the classroom, providing academic and behavioral support, and implementing and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral plans in collaboration with teachers and the school support team. I also maintain daily communication with parents and provide regular feedback regarding the student’s progress and development. I have experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disabilities, and Learning Difficulties, while focusing on promoting students’ independence and developing their academic, social, and behavioral skills according to their individual needs. I am currently seeking a suitable opportunity as a Shadow Teacher in a school or educational institution where I can utilize my experience and skills to provide effective support and contribute to the student’s overall development and successful inclusion in the school environment.
