experience in cargo operations, customer service, and professional driving, I have
developed strong skills in cargo handling, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Currently working as a Cargo Agent at DNATA Dubai International Airport, I am
experienced in cargo manifesting, Dangerous Goods compliance, ULD handling, and
coordinating with customers and operational teams to ensure safe and timely cargo
movement.
In addition to my cargo experience, I previously worked as an Airport Taxi Driver under the
RTA, where I demonstrated excellent customer service, safe driving, and professionalism.
I also have hands-on experience as a Forklift Operator and Multitasking Staff, handling
heavy loads and supporting warehouse operations efficiently. I hold a valid UAE Light
Vehicle driving license and possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Six
Sigma principles.
