Dear Hiring Manager
I am writing to apply for the Customer Service position at your company. I have over three years of customer service experience in the UAE, with hands-on experience in customer-facing service, call center operations, outbound calls, shipment coordination, complaint handling, and data entry.
In my current role with Emirates Post, I support customers at service counters and through phone calls, handle customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate deliveries and shipments, update customer information in internal systems, and follow up with customers to ensure their requests are resolved. I also have experience supporting government and VIP customers and handling sensitive documents and shipments.
Previously, I worked in customer service and data entry roles in the UAE, including Expo 2020 Dubai and Unilabs Middle East. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer-handling skills.
I am a hardworking and customer-focused person who enjoys helping people and solving problems. I am comfortable working in a busy environment, handling multiple tasks, and communicating with customers professionally. I am also available to join immediately.
