Dedicated Senior Barista and Café Crew Leader with over 5.5 years of total hospitality experience, including 2.5+ years at Tim Hortons in Dubai and 3 years at Domino's.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Espresso Extraction & Beverage Calibration: Expert in preparing specialty coffees, latte art, and maintaining beverage consistency.
• Shift Supervision & Daily Operations: Proven experience managing opening/closing procedures, daily shift workflows, and supervising team productivity.
• POS & Inventory Control: Hands-on expertise in cash reconciliation, POS management, stock receiving, and wastage minimization.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Strict adherence to HACCP standards and station cleanliness.
