Currently, I am waiting for my cancellation as a Broasted Chef – Broasted Section In-Charge at Sha El Nom Express (Loulia Pearl Restaurant and Cafe LLC), Dubai Mall. In this role, I oversee the complete broasting section, including food preparation, inventory control, ordering, stock management, recipe development, and quality assurance. I have developed and executed advanced broasting techniques to enhance flavor and texture while training kitchen staff on food safety standards and operational excellence.
Previously, at Epik Foods (Kreative & Co.), Motor City, Dubai, I worked as a Healthy Food Chef (Commis 1 & Commis 2), where I specialized in preparing nutritious, balanced, and high-quality meals while maintaining excellent taste and presentation. My responsibilities included preparing healthy menu items under chef supervision, ensuring portion control, monitoring cooking temperatures, maintaining food safety standards, coordinating kitchen operations, and supporting menu innovation. I contributed to creating customer-focused healthy food options while ensuring consistency, freshness, and nutritional value. During this period, I also developed strong expertise in inventory management, hygiene compliance, cost control, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Before moving to Dubai, I worked at Qbaa Fine Dining Restaurant, Sri Lanka, where I strengthened my culinary foundation by performing advanced food preparation techniques and assisting with seasonal menu development and staff training. I began my culinary journey as a Kitchen Helper at Divya Lagoon Resort, gaining practical experience in kitchen support, inventory handling, cleaning procedures, and food preparation operations.
